HERE’S your chance to have a go at brewing — and enjoy a three-course lunch at the Bull. We’ve teamed up with Brakspear to offer two prizes — each for two people — to spend a morning with brewer Malcolm Mayo, helping to weigh ingredients, putting a brew on and preparing the barrels ready for the beer.
The prize will also include a lunch of: Sharing starter platter: Charcuterie meats selection and olives, homemade sausage rolls, Brakspear black bread, homemade scotch eggs. Main: chicken and wild mushroom pie with seasonal veg and mash. Dessert: A choice of warm treacle tart with clotted cream or baked chocolate pudding with caramel salted ice cream. Plus you can have a pint of ale of your choice.
