KIDMORE END restricted MARLOW PARK to 220-7 from their 50 overs before rain put an end to their Division 2a clash.
Wickets fell at regular intervals and Guy Ashby was the pick of the bowlers, taking three wickets for 53 runs from his 15 overs.
Jeff Sheldon and James Rogers both chipped in with two wickets, conceding 51 and 53 runs respectively from their spells.
Kidmore did not get a chance to reply before the match was abandoned.
David Williams finished with three wickets for HENLEY 2nds in their clash with BEACONSFIELD in Division 2b.
The league champions took nine wickets in all as the hosts reached 176 from 52 overs. Opener Adam Francis top-scored with 59 runs.
The other wicket takers were Nigel Dunstan, Simon Wheeler and Euan Brock who took two wickets each from their 10 overs. But Henley did not bat as rain caused the match to be abandoned.
In Division 4b, Duncan Verry top-scored with 88 for HENLEY 3rds as their innings totalled 171 against THEALE & TILEHURST.
After Verry, there was limited resistance to the testing bowling attack with Nathan Hopkins and Nick Johnson the only other batsmen to reach double figures with 27 and 14 runs, respectively.
The wickets were shared between Tilehurst’s Andy Sharp, who took five wickets for 49 runs off his 15 overs and Robert Dimmack, who took four wickets for 39 runs from his 18.1 overs.
The final wicket was Freddy Loveland who was run out after scoring three runs.
In reply, Henley’s Ryan Palihawadana removed opener James White for 15 runs but with the score on 48-1, rain meant the match was abandoned.
Champions WARGRAVE 2nds made 229 for the loss of seven wickets in their Division 6B clash with FLEET 2nds.
Opener Matt Townson top-scored with 64 and was ably supported by Archie Withers, who made 60 coming in at four. Fleet reached 53-4 in reply before rain forced the game to be abandoned.
Kam Hanif had removed opener Ben Martin for 1, caught by Razwan Hanif before the catcher bowled Simon Payne for five and then getting Ciaran Byrne caught by Ken Clark for a duck.
Andrew Hattey picked up the fourth wicket of Jack Pammer for 19, again caught by Clark.
In Division 7a, KIDMORE END 3rds clash at THATCHAM TOWN 3rds was rained off. The visitors had won the toss and batted first making 203-6 before declaring after 39 overs. Azhar Udeen made 70 not out and 18-year-old Jonny Abbott made 58.
Thatcham had batted for seven overs in reply and were 29 without loss when the game was called off.
Elsewhere, HENLEY 4ths restricted BRACKNELL 2nds to 135 from 43 overs and Henley reached 47-2 before the game was abandoned due to rain.
Charlie Moss was run out agonisingly three runs short of a century as WARGRAVE 3rds declared on 258-6 against MAIDENHEAD & BRAY in their Division 9a clash. His opening partner, Oliver Newton, made a half-century, hitting 52, before being caught by Tom Price off the bowling of Andrew Hayward. In reply, Maidenhead made 52 without loss before the game was called off after 17 overs.
Meanwhile, KIDMORE 3rds gained a walkover as THATCHAM 4ths conceded the game.
