Henley opener Michael Roberts came in at number three and he and Hussain added 114 for the second wicket. Both fell in quick succession, Hussain for 74 off 101 balls and Roberts for 68 off 83 deliveries.

There was another big stand of 104 in just 10 overs for the fourth wicket with the Morris brothers, Richard and James, both making half-centuries. Richard reached 52 off 26 balls and James 51 off 36.
