BERKSHIRE Cricket League whose season ended last Saturday is already making plans for 2015.
Following the resignation of Sonning whose 3rd XI played in Division 2 and 4th XI played in Division 4, there are now spaces for up to four new teams.
Enquiries have already been made by two clubs who may be interested in joining, but league secretary Sam Peates would like to hear from any club which may be considering an application.
The league would particularly welcome applications from existing clubs which currently play ‘friendly’ matches on Saturdays.
The chairman and secretary would welcome the opportunity to meet club officials to discuss entry requirements and to answer any questions clubs may have.
