A FEW days of dry weather allowed Henley Cheetahs U11s to play their second league match of the season at Pangbourne and Whitchurch.
Cheetahs won the toss and elected to bat first, with openers Max Hanshaw and Stanley showing plenty of pace and accuracy from an excellent opening attack.
After a beautifully struck four off his legs, Hanshaw was clean bowled in the third over, which brought Dan Kernick to the wicket.
Kernick and Stanley proceeded to build the innings, putting on a fine partnership of 42 before Kernick was out trying to push the score.
Among a flurry of Cheetahs wickets, Rory Richmond put together a fine cameo of nine runs to drag the Cheetahs total to 60.
