FAWLEY UNISEX CRICKET CLUB lost out to MARLOW REBELLIONS in the Beck-Burridge Trophy.
Martin Beck-Burridge was a co-founder of the Fawley Cricket Club.
The match was played to raise money for Action for Cancer Research, a charity run by Martin Beck-Burridge’s oncologist for cutting edge research.
Fawley batted first and posted 112 all out from 21 overs which never looked like enough runs on a good pitch.
Despite a valiant bowling effort from Fawley, Marlow achieved the runs for the loss of six wickets with seven overs to spare.
