STONOR ran out comfortable nine-wicket winners at home to CRAZIES HILL on Sunday.

The hosts won the toss and put the visitors into bat first. The opening bowling combination of S Harris and R Austin soon had Crazies Hill three down for only 27 runs.

B Scholfield took the attack to the hosts and moved the score upwards until the Stonor bowlers began again to take wickets. R Austin and A Agar both took two wickets and with a run out by captain J Powell, Crazies Hill were all out shortly before tea for 107.

The Stonor reply began with S Collings given out lbw. I Harris and J Powell played some fine shots to rattle up victory inside 20 overs with Harris finishing on 64 to register his fourth half-century of the season.
