CHARLIE BEARDALL hit 121 to help hosts TURVILLE PARK triumph against THEBERTON on Saturday.

The visitors reduced Turville Park to 50-6 with a hostile opening spell from Richardson and Jenner.

Skipper Ollie Thornton helped to steady the ship with a watchful 24, but it was the arrival of Beardall at the crease that changed the entire complexion of the match.

After a steady start Beardall opened up with some clean-hit shots that often went over the ropes. Theberton were set 194 to win.

In reply the visitors made a solid attempt at the target, with Paddy Sutton looking in control for his 82.

Ollie Thornton and Beardall closed out the Theberton challenge with some tight seam bowling to win the match.e_SClBTURVILLE PARK
