HENLEY, fielding a depleted side, crashed out of the Home Counties Premier League Twenty20 semi-final against TRING PARK at Slough

HENLEY, fielding a depleted side, crashed out of the Home Counties Premier League Twenty20 semi-final against TRING PARK at Slough on Sunday.

Batting first, Tring racked up 163 and in reply, Henley ended up 30 runs short, having at one stage been 30-4.

In the other semi-final, Banbury, also at full strength, overcame Slough and went on to beat Tring in the final, scoring 161-6 and dismissing Tring for 117. Banbury now go on to the regional finals on August 11.
