Wincott carries bat for Goring

GORING came out on top of a low scoring match with MORETON on Sunday.

GORING came out on top of a low scoring match with MORETON on Sunday.

Having chosen to bat first, Moreton made 111 all out, helped in no small part by three runs outs and a diving catch at backward point by Rob Brown to dismiss Moreton-dangerman Will MacDonald.

Despite losing wickets at regular intervals Goring knocked off the required runs for the loss of six wickets, largely due to 53 not out by Stephen Wincott.
