RELEGATED HENLEY 2nds, who have recorded just one Division 1 victory all season, went down to an eight wicket defeat in their last home match of the season against BEACONSFIELD.
Batting first the hots were bowled out for 194 at the Brakspear Ground with J Jones top scoring for the hosts with 76 and D Hayden chipping in with 55.
In reply Beaconsfield reached their winning target in just under 39 overs with the loss of just two wickets.
KIDMORE END’S Division 2B promotion hopes took a setback as they were knocked off top spot at YATELEY in the penultimate match of the season.

The result leaves Wargrave in third place in the table, just two points behind second placed Cove 2nds, who they entertain at the Recreation Ground tomorrow.
KIDMORE END 2nds’ B Berryman took five wickets to help his side draw with BAGSHOT 2nds in Division 6B at Gallowstree Common.

Division 8B league leaders WARGRAVE 2nds took a step closer to gaining promotion and securing the league title after beating PRINCES RISBOROUGH 2nds at the Recreation Ground.
The visitors lost the toss and were put into bat first and put on 206-7. In reply Wargrave gained victory in 34.1 overs as they eased to 207-5.
S Latter hit 56 to help KIDMORE END 3rds secure promotion from Division 9A at home to WOKINGHAM 5ths.
Having won the toss and electing to bat first Wokingham put on 187-8.
