Muniyasamy piles on runs as visitors triumph

The hosts won the toss and batted first but were soon in trouble against good bowling by Scott who took the first four wickets. Scott was backed up by Dyer.

Driver batted well for 42 and hard hitting Ahmed scored a quick 46 not out as Sonning reached 169-7 off their 35 overs.

When Peppard batted Leach hit three fours before being caught. Kumar batted well for his 32 before being bowled.

Muniyasamy hit 49 not out and was helped by Tim Vines and Ashley Hayden as Peppard reached their target in just 29 overs to win by six wickets.
