Take it easy, Don

THE Henley — a type of shirt so named because it was the traditional uniform of rowers in our town — has been making the news in the American courts.

Don Henley, frontman of supergroup The Eagles, is suing a clothing company over email advertisements for the shirts that urged customers to “Don a Henley, take it easy.”

In his suit, the 67-year-old musician said the adverts were designed to exploit his celebrity status and the popularity of the Eagles’ hit.

If you ask me, he ought to — in his own words — lighten up.
