MIKE READ says his secret for good health is walking about 10 miles a day.
The BBC Radio Berkshire presenter, who lives yards from the River Thames in Henley, mentioned this while reviewing the papers on Sky the other morning.
He added that he passes the time by catching up on his phone calls.
I can vouch for this, having seen Mike hurrying along the towpath in Marsh Meadows while chatting on his mobile. Once or twice, I have even received one of his calls!
