IF you are a regular at Maison Blanc in Henley you might have taken part in its recent chocolate tasting week.
The idea was to find the most popular chocolate among customers at the patisserie.
The winner, with a third of all the votes, was — according to a press release — “the devilishly dark Maison Blanc, an extra rich dark and rich butter chocolate truffle blend of Tanzanian, Ghanian and São Tomé cocoa beans”.
That’s quite a mouthful. Whatever happened to the good old orange cream?
