Traffic stationary after Remenham Hill accident

A MAN was taken to hospital after a three-vehicle collision outside the Shell service station on Remenham Hill at about 3.40pm on Tuesday.

He was sitting in a transit van parked at the side of the road when it was involved in a collision with a Peugeot 306 and a Land Rover.

He was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading with a shoulder injury.

The vehicles blocked both carriageways and police closed the road until 6pm.
