A SERIES of vandal attacks on cars in Goring is being investigated by the police.
There have been at least eight incidents of tyres being deliberately punctured and officers believe there could have been more that went unreported.
The attacks, which took place over the last 18 months, started at the same address in Cleeve Down so police thought the problem stemmed from a private dispute.
However, another house in the street was targeted at the end of last week when a screw was found lodged in a car tyre.
Goring Pcso Mark Bell said: “We believe we have a bigger problem than it originally appeared.
“There could be other people who’ve replaced a tyre thinking it was just normal damage without realising they may have been targeted.
“We would like to hear from anyone who may have been targeted so we can get an idea of how widespread this problem might be.”
Anyone with information should call Pcso Bell on 101, Thames Valley Police’s non-emergency number.
