THIS year’s bonfire season will begin next Saturday when Sue Ryder’s Nettlebed hospice will host a musical “spooktacular” with a fireworks display choreographed to music.
There will be a bonfire, food and drink stalls, a raffle, children’s Halloween fancy dress competition and a carousel.
Gates open at 5pm with the bonfire starting at 6.30pm and the children’s Halloween parade and judging at 6.45pm.
The firework finale starts at 7.15pm.
Hospice fund-raiser Clare Sturgess said: “Our fireworks night is very popular and we’re excited about the addition of the musical element, which will add to the already amazing atmosphere.
“We could not do what we do here at Nettlebed hospice without the support of the local community and we encourage you to bring along your friends and family.
“We look forward to welcoming you on the day.”
