HUNDREDS of people enjoyed the sunshine during a school fete in Caversham.
The Hill Primary School, in Peppard Road, held its annual summer fete on Saturday.
Headteacher Dawn Cox said the children particularly enjoyed a sponge-the-teacher game where they threw sponges at deputy headteacher Tim Beavan.
Games and activities on the school field included bouncy castles and slides, an inflatable obstacle course, go-karts, balloon animals and face painting.
There was a fancy dress parade and displays of gymnastics and Capoeira.
