ABOUT 30 people attended an event to mark the second year of Blooming Marvellous, a beer created by Brakspears to support Henley in Bloom.
From each pint of the 4.3% ABV golden ale sold, 20p will go to Henley in Bloom.
It was brewed in the microbrewery at the Bull in Bell Street and will be sold in all 11 Brakspear pubs around Henley from next week.
Last year Henley in Bloom made £800 from the sales and they plan to add the money made this year to try and spruce up the Kings Road car park.
Marisa Francini, a member of the Henley in Bloom committee said: "After the first year we said if Brakspear want to do a repeat then we would be more than happy to.
"Myself and Kellie Hinton went to Emma Sweet and Brakspear and talked about doing up the car park. It's not very attractive at the moment.
"With their donation we're giving something back to the town that we both agree with."
Emma Sweet, marketing manager at Brakspear, said: "Last year the beer was well received at all our pubs in Henley plus it's a really nice project.
"If we can bring in support for Henley in Bloom through the beer, that's really, really great.
"When Kellie explained what she wanted to spend the money on I was surprised, because we didn't expect them to say anything to us as it's their money to spend as they wish."
