THE Watermill Theatre in Bagnor will be holding a vintage and antiques fair on Friday, September 9, from 10am to 3pm.
Following on from the success of its annual Christmas Fair, the theatre is inviting keen antique, vintage and shabby chic collectors to come and browse and buy from a range of stalls.
The fair will be opened by Stuart Hofgartner of Below Stairs of Hungerford and is a fundraising event organised by the Friends of The Watermill Theatre, which is an arts charity.
Fine antique jewellery, linen, ceramics, paintings, glass wear, antique furniture, vintage postcards, collectables, photographic, and ornaments will be on sale.
Light lunches, cakes, tea and coffee will be available to buy in the bar.
There is organised free parking alongside the theatre and the entry price is £2.
You can find out more, and get directions to the theatre, which is two miles from Newbury town centre, on The Watermill Theatre’s website at watermill.org.uk
• The Friends of The Watermill make an impressive financial contribution to the theatre. In 2015 they raised over £75,000 through annual donations and organised Friends events and helped the theatre sustain its high quality, first class performances.
