Feel like giving ballroom dancing a whirl?

Feel like giving ballroom dancing a whirl?

STRICTLY Come Dancing may be off our screens for the moment, but have you ever wondered what it would be like to try ballroom dancing?

The Miles School of Dancing has been running classes in Henley Town Hall for the last three years and is starting two new adult beginners’ courses this month.

You will be introduced to dances such as the classical and beautiful waltz, a super simple social rhythm, a cheeky cha cha cha, the romantic rumba and the tantalising tango.

The first class, for couples and singles, started on Monday (January 9), running from 7pm to 8pm.

The second class, for couples only, started last night (Thursday), running from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Each class costs £10 per person — or there is a 20 per cent saving if you book the full course up front (£112 in total for the 14 weeks).

Learning to dance is tremendous fun, great exercise, a way to meet new friends or perhaps spend more time with your partner.

It is an excellent way to forget the stress of the daily commute as you immerse yourself in the next step — and the beautiful music!

Numbers are limited, so please call Richard Miles on 07888 840942 for more information and to reserve your space.
