FIONA Nicolson runs successful practices in Henley and Harley Street, London. She is a professionally qualified cognitive hypnotherapist and is registered by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

Fiona writes for the Hypnotherapy Journal and is a recognised Anxiety UK therapist and a published author on anxiety and trauma. Fiona was featured recently on BBC Radio Berkshire talking about New Year’s resolutions.

She said: “With only 10 per cent of us sticking to resolutions, it is about making sure goals are achievable and you know how you are going to get there. Don’t beat yourself up if you don’t stick to them all the time, just keep trying!

“Some resolutions are manageable ourselves but we may need some help with others. So if your resolution for 2015 is to be free from anxiety or get a new job (but interview or presentation nerves are holding you back) or if you want more confidence or to stop smoking, then I can work effectively with you to help you achieve your resolutions for 2015.”

Sky TV presenter Steve Miller says: “Fiona is a talented hypnotherapist who is determined to help her clients achieve their desired result. She is ethical, professional and engaging.”
