Yoga rewards your mind, body and soul. It will bring you strength, balance, calm and focus. You don’t have to be flexible to enjoy these rewards. All you need is a little commitment and a mat.
Ashtanga yoga is one of the most authentic and dynamic styles of yoga. For instructor Siân Davies and her students, practice helps promote better health through improved stress management and a stronger immune system. This in turn brings more strength and energy to a busy life.
Siân has practised yoga for more than 20 years and has taught for the last 12 years. She is Yoga Alliance registered (with more than 500 teaching hours) and teaches in London and Henley on a weekly basis.
Students of all levels are welcome. If you are a beginner, or advanced, she will help you grow at a pace to suit. The classes take place in Dunsden Village Hall on Mondays from 7.30pm to 8.45pm, starting January 6.
