Getting outdoors is the key to fitness

PERSONAL trainer Nix Ticehurst, 49, is spreading the message — that we all need to get outdoors.

“Outdoor exercise is becoming more popular but there’s still a way to go,” she said. “A lack of fresh air makes us pale, pasty and unhealthy — we desperately need to get out more!

“My sessions are varied and exciting and most importantly they provide results that last. Clients can choose from one-to-one or one-to-two personal sessions at a venue of their choice. Alternatively, our popular group sessions include bodyweight, runbox or powerwalk and a run from the Quince Tree (drop-in session), Wittenham Clumps, Stoke Row or Streatley Hill. There is something for everyone. Our clients are walking proof that Nixercise works — they are toned, healthy and fit.”

If you need to lose weight Nix is also available for nutrition consultations. Her simple ethos on food gives outstanding lasting results. Tickets are still available for the “Cut the Cr@p”nutrition evening at The Quince Tree on March 6).
