Working together to achieve your goals

I AM a registered personal trainer and nutritional advisor, with special interests in running, kettlebells, high-intensity interval training and weight-loss, writes Sara Parkinson.

My training is fun and varied with an emphasis on teamwork, building confidence and helping clients to honour themselves by creating healthy habits and lives — and this gets results, both physical and mental.

I picked the name “We Can” for my personal training business because it is a name that really highlights my values — teamwork between myself and my clients, building up self-esteem and creating a positive mindset. Inclusivity is hugely important to me — I believe anyone of any size and ability can exercise and reach their goals if they have the right programme and attitude.

My sessions take place in your own home or workplace, or in an outdoor setting if you prefer, which makes my training ideal for those who lack confidence or get bored in the gym.
