MUM of two Steph Maxwell, who runs Dancing Divas & Dudes classes and parties is bringing a touch of Bollywood glitz and glamour to Henley with a new workout called Just Jhoom!
Bored of the gym? Want something fun and inspiring? Then Just Jhoom! may be just the thing. Using Indian dance moves, Bollywood music and toning and strengthening based exercises, it will give you a really good workout without you even realising it.
Classes are fun and energetic and draw on a range of dance styles from classical Indian to Bhangra with dashes of hip-hop, jive and jazz.
Steph said: “Just Jhoom! is a fantastic way of keeping fit. In fact, with interesting dance routines and plenty of Bollywood style, you don’t even realise that you’re getting a really good workout and burning hundreds of calories! You’ll find that the classes are ideal for anyone, male or female, regardless of age and ability.”
