HENLEY Yoga Studio has moved to a new space at 2A Friday Street.

HENLEY Yoga Studio has moved to a new space at 2A Friday Street.

Steve Munn and Carlin Clarke have created a beautiful and tranquil environment dedicated to the practice of yoga, restorative and yoga therapy, Qi Gong, massage and holistic therapies.

The studio offers either a class environment or one to one, helping you on your path to wellness and inner focus.

Yoga is for everyone, enabling your body to grow in strength and flexibility, improving posture and rejuvenating the spine.

Connecting with the breath, bringing together the body and mind and restoring an emotional and physical balance, Qi Gong or energy work is an ancient Chinese form of gentle but powerful exercise and meditation.

It is recognised worldwide for its healing and stress relieving qualities, stimulating the nervous, digestive and respiratory systems. Regular practice can provide an incredible, almost euphoric sense of calm and wellbeing.

The human body is designed to move freely with no physical tension, by integrating all parts that make up the whole self. As we clear the path for vital energies to flow we begin to recognise our bodies’ full potential.

Yoga is not just a physical exercise. It is a journey to know your inner self!
