Have you kept you New Year Health resolution?

We are fast approaching springtime, so have you kept up with your new year’s health resolutions?

We are fast approaching springtime, so have you kept up with your new year’s health resolutions? If you haven’t, now is a chance for you to start thinking about what lifestyle changes you want to make in order to improve your overall health and wellness.

We are all concerned with how we look from the outside, but just how concerned are you about the inside of your body? Are you paying attention to the messages (symptoms) your body is sending you?

There is always a reason for pains and other symptoms. Don’t just kill or ignore your pain, listen to your body and take the appropriate action today!

What do our chiropractors do?

We employ a wide range of proven techniques that will be tailored to your specific needs and may include manual manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue techniques, cranial work, home exercises, nutritional advice and postural advice.

What do we specialise in?

We specialise in low back pain, neck pain and headaches. Other commonly treated conditions are sports injuries, leg and arm pain, sciatica, pins and needles, migraines, colic and restlessness in babies. For further information regarding other conditions treated, please contact the clinic.

Who do we treat?

Our clinic is purpose-built and has four ground floor treatment rooms and full disabled access. We therefore cater for all age groups and abilities, even if you are pregnant or in severe pain.

Emergencies are normally seen the same day!

What happens on the first visit?

A comprehensive case history and a full body analysis of your condition will be carried out. If you are in acute discomfort you can receive treatment during this visit.
