Movements are choreographed to suit each client, adapting or offering alternatives as needed.

Alyth teaches Pilates for all levels of fitness from ages 18 to over 90.

She also teaches Pilates for antenatal and postnatal clients, diastasis recti (separated tummy muscles), arthritis, breathing, falls prevention, hip and knee replacements, osteopaenia/osteoporosis, Parkinson’s and scoliosis.
