Red Kites downed at Hinksey

HENLEY TOWN suffered their heaviest defeat of the season as they went down 7-3 away to Division 1 East league leaders AFC Hinksey.

HENLEY TOWN suffered their heaviest defeat of the season as they went down 7-3 away to Division 1 East league leaders AFC Hinksey.

The visitors, who were missing 10 first team players, took the lead through Sam Cripps but this was short lived as the hosts hit back to dominate the game and rattle in five goals.

The Red Kites pulled a goal back from the penalty spot in the second half through Graham Sims before the hosts went on to net twice more.
