Brooks completes weekend medal double at Badgemore

Alan Bell ws second with a score of 78 gross/70 net and in third place was Manjit Ahluwalia with a score of 82 gross/70 net.
Kevin Robinson was the winner of Division 2 with a round of 84 gross/65 net which included a two. This has resulted in Robinson having his handicap cut from 19 to 17.7. Runner-up was Neil Linkleter with 88 gross/69 net and in third place Mick Gross had a score of 86 gross/70 net.
In the C Division, Tony Browne won the Stableford competition with a score of 34 points playing off a 21 handicap. Second was Gareth Tandy with a score of 32 points, beating Clive Green into second place on countback who also had 32 points.
Sunday saw a restricted field play in the medal where 31 players battled it out in wet conditions.
In the A/B categories, Brooks took first place again in Division 1 with a 75 gross/69 net. Second was John Starkey with a score of 79 gross/70 net and third Andy Wellman with a 83 gross/71 net.
Division 2 saw the two lowest net scores of the day battle it out for first place. Rod Mckee snatched the win from Eric Marwood on countback. Mckee shot a 83 gross/68 net while Eric Marwood shot a 87 gross/68 net. Third place went to Brent Levitt who shot a 89 gross/74 net.
Clive Green won the C division Stableford with a score of 33 points. Second was Keith Cheese with 28 and third was Terrance Jacklin on 27.
