A TOTAL of £5,437.60 was raised by the Shiplake and Dunsden branch of the Royal British Legion towards the Poppy Appeal.

Donations were received through door-to-door collections in Shiplake, Binfield Heath, Dunsden and Playhatch.

Recently, Lottie Macfarlane’s child was hit by a person driving dangerously while on the zebra crossing on Hatch Lane, Windsor resulting in her being injured. Her petition asks to move the zebra crossing so that it’s not as close to Tesco’s car park (Hatch Lane) or the roundabout.
