A DENTAL practice in Henley has received a positive report from inspectors.

A DENTAL practice in Henley has received a positive report from inspectors.

Courtrai House, in Reading Road, was the subject of a routine inspection by the Care Quality Commission in May.

It met the required standards in all five key areas, which are consent to care and treatment, care and welfare of people who use the services, cleanliness and infection control, supporting workers and assessing and monitoring the quality of service provision.

The inspectors spoke to eight patients, one of whom described the practice as “very professional” with friendly staff.

The report said: “Patients told us, ‘You can’t get better staff anywhere, they are all very friendly and welcoming’.”

Practice manager Linda Postlethwaite said: “I feel very proud of the team effort which enabled us to achieve an excellent report.”
