Shop shut ...for now

A TILE business has closed its showroom in Henley but hopes to stay in the area.

Slab, which specialises in tile and natural stone, had an outlet in Hart Street as well as a showroom in Beaconsfield.

Owner Stuart Duff wouldn’t say why the unit had been closed but said: “We’re in negotiations for another premises out of the town centre.

“Whether these negotiations come to fruition is not entirely certain at the moment.”
