Proud to support farming

Proud to support farming
FRENCH by birth and education, I first came to know the Henley area when I was 14 through staying with the late Colonel Robert Phillimore and his family in Shiplake then and during the next four summers.

I have now lived in England for 43 years. My husband and I purchased a house in Dunsden in 1986 and then moved to Coppid Hall in 1990.

We have been enthusiastic supporters of the Henley and District Agricultural Association through the ploughing match and by attending various events of the association.

I am very honoured to have been invited to be the president of this fine and important association following in the footsteps of several members of the Phillimore family.

I am a strong believer in the need for a thriving farming industry and I look forward to supporting the committees and the officers.
