HENLEY Rowing Club dominated Saturday’s Town and Visitors’ Regatta.
The club, which narrowly missed out on the Sutherland Cup for the overall winner last year, made amends with 12 winning crews to get their hands on the trophy.
Upper Thames won four trophies, while there were also wins for Leander Club, Star and Arrow and Shiplake Vikings.
For the second year running, the regatta was held on a shortened 800m course at the annual event along the Henley Royal Regatta course and featured events for men, women, mixed crews, juniors and seniors.
More than 266 crews took part in this year’s event, breaking last year’s record entry, including rowers from Henley’s Slovenian twin town Bled.
