Meet the local author of a Christmas cookbook

A BOOK signing evening will take place at The Pavilion in Market Place, Henley, on Wednesday, November 20, from 6.45pm to 8.30pm.

Belinda Hill, 64, from Peppard, launched her new cookbook, Stirring Stuff at Christmas.

The book follows the months of the year and suggests foods to be made for each season, bringing together family recipes, seasonal ideas and dishes to share.

Canapes from the book and bubby will be served.

Proceeds from pre-orders and early sales of the book will support James’ Place, a charity helping men in suicidal crisis.

This is a charity close to Ms Hill, as her late husband, Adrian, died in March 2019.

Tickets cost £23: tinyurl.com/ypcz4bxk

The hardback book costs £32: tinyurl.com/5xx2nf4m
