DAVIS TATE estate agents were established more than 25 years ago with their Goring office.

For the past 13 years, the office has been run under the directorship of James Elliott.

The residential sales and lettings office at Colebrook House is now joined by the lettings hub next door in the old HSBC bank which houses the lettings management, accounts and admin teams in what is now known as Midland House.

Together they let and manage more than 2200 properties in an ever expanding lettings portfolio. The business expanded first into Henley in 1994, then most rapidly between 1998 and 2004 when they opened a new branch at a rate of about one a year in Pangbourne, Sonning Common, Reading and other locations. The company now have 13 offices throughout Berkshire and Oxfordshire and truly do offer every property from every desk to ensure the widest possible audience for any property.

The Goring team continue to be an important part of the success of the company, and James is joined by lettings manager Andy Sartain, customer manager Sallie Scott, negotiators Philippa Fortune and Sandy Massey-Thompson, lettings administrator Fiona Lenton and financial consultant Simon Martindale.

The team are able to offer a one-stop shop for all your property requirements whether they be sales, lettings, investment, land and new homes or financial services.

If you’re looking to move, let the qualified local staff in Goring assist you — not only in selling or letting your home, but in finding your new property. Call James on (01491) 873456 or email
