A HENLEY garage has decided to reward its customers as part of a drive to deliver the best customer service levels in the local area.

HiQ Henley, based on the Fair View Estate on Reading Road, has kicked off an initiative that rewards customers with up to £250 worth of Love to Shop Vouchers. To receive this, all customers need to do is simply provide their feedback on their customer experience at the garage on the HiQ Henley website ( They will automatically be entered into a prize draw.

“We launched the initiative as we wanted to build our business on the foundations of excellent customer service,” says Jason Humphreys of HiQ Henley. “The reward scheme allows us to not only encourage but also listen to honest customer feedback. Whether that feedback is good or bad, it enables us to further improve our service.”

The Henley garage opened its doors in October 2013 and stocks leading tyre brands, alongside offering car servicing, MOT tests, exhausts, batteries and much more. Manager Jason Humphreys said: “We have enjoyed a fantastic first six months of trading and hopefully initiatives like this should make the next 12 even better. Customer service is paramount to us as a local garage and we would like to thank everyone for their honest reviews, enabling us to evolve our high standards so their next experience with us is even better.”
