FANCY a pint with your pop art? Henley’s River and Rowing Museum is teaming up with Brakspear’s Bell Street Brewery for an evening of beer, canapes and pop art dubbed Paolozzi and a Pint.

The event is part of the Museums at Night festival, which sees museums across the country throwing open their doors after hours to showcase their treasures in unexpected ways.

Paolozzi and a Pint will enable visitors to experience the museum’s visiting exhibition —

Eduardo Paolozzi: General Dynamic F.U.N.
— after hours while enjoying a free pint of Brakspear Special or Old Ale from the Bell Street Brewery.

Also on offer will be live music, canapés provided by the Quince Tree, and pop art craft activities for those who like to get creative.

Paolozzi and a Pint is at the River and Rowing Museum in Meadow Road on Friday, October 30, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Admission is £7 — including a free pint.

To book, email edbookings@rrm.co.uk or call (01491) 415600.

Eduardo Paolozzi: General Dynamic F.U.N. runs runs from tomorrow (Saturday) till January 3.
