HUNDREDS of families attended the free Music on the Meadows festival on Mill Meadows in Henley on Saturday (July 16).
They sat in deckchairs and were entertained by young bands and solo acts who performed beneath the riverside beauty spot’s bandstand.
There were stalls selling food from around the world as well as art workshops and a "beauty salon" where revellers could get an elaborate, colourful hairstyle.
The festival, which was first held in 2013, was a tribute to late Beatle George Harrison, who lived at Friar Park in Henley until his death in 2001.
It was headlined by Here Comes The Sun, a local "supergroup" named after one of Harrison's best-known compositions.
