UKIP names chairman

KEN ARLETT has been elected chairman of the Henley branch of UKIP.

KEN ARLETT has been elected chairman of the Henley branch of UKIP.

He has previously been a member of both the town council and South Oxfordshire Disrict Council, representing Henley Residents’ Group. He was Mayor in 1991. Mr Arlett, of Elizabeth Road, Henley, stood for UKIP in last year’s Oxfordshire County Council elections but failed to be elected in the Henley ward after coming third with 775 votes.
