AS a lifelong Henley resident, I believe HRG represents everything I care about and believe in.
AS a lifelong Henley resident, I believe HRG represents everything I care about and believe in. Having stood on the sidelines for many years, I feel that now is the time to get involved in the causes that I am passionate about and take action. Henley is important to me both professionally and personally. With a young family growing up in Henley, I am committed to the future and prosperity of this town.
A large chunk of my professional life has been spent working in Henley. More recently I have been working for the Royal Institute of British Architects. It was therefore natural to choose Henley to launch RIBA’s nationwide Design Day event, which matches Henley architects and designers with local business opportunities. This ignited in me a profound interest in promoting all businesses and promoting Henley as a commercial hub.
I care about issues includiing Townlands Hospital, HGVs, air quality and more pedestrian crossings, protecting historic buildings, local housing for local people, improving the town environment, promoting more residents’ groups, street cleaning, cycle routes, trees, Henley in Bloom, promoting Henley as a business hub, filling the empty shops, keeping our green spaces, clean, litter/dogs fouling and the skate park.
