The Henley MP has spoken on a number of subjects since the general election in May, including schools funding, refugees, the NHS and the role of The Henley College.

In his latest speech, he said he would support the expansion of Heathrow if the issue of noise made by aircraft approaching the airport on an easterly wind was resolved.

Mr Howell said: ?I am pleased that I have been able to contribute so much in parliament. All these issues cross so many different areas and give a good indication of those that are important to the country and to the local constituency.?

He said he had also attended 148 meetings and events in his constituency and made more than 30 radio or TV broadcasts in the same period.
