A WINE-TASTING evening is coming to Henley next week.
Presented by Laura Law, known as the “tipsy lawyer”, I Hate Chardonnay is designed to help people distinguish between different types of the most popular white wine in the world.
From Chablis to
Crémant, there will be a selection to taste, along with interactive games and prizes, such as “Play your Chards right”, and lots of audience participation.
Laura works weekdays as a lawyer but also holds a Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 3 award in wines certification, working at Stanlake Park Wine Estate, near Twyford, at weekends.
I Hate Chardonnay is at the Kenton Theatre in New Street, Henley, on Thursday at 8pm. Tickets cost £25, which includes five 50ml samples of wine.
