VANDALS smashed the windows of a telephone kiosk in Wargrave.
The booth, located at Blakes Lane near the A4, was targeted last month.
Wargrave Parish Council, which owns the kiosk, is set to undertake repairs.
Councillor Wayne Smith, who represents the village on Wokingham Borough Council, has suggested to the parish council that the kiosk is updated.
Cllr Smith said: “It’s on my list to make sure it gets done. It has got to be repaired and I’m going to make some suggestions of what we can do with that box because it seems a bit soulless.
“The one in Remenham [which has a library of books] must be one of the best in the UK. I’m going to ask if we can put a bit of life into it.”
