Crab is the taste of summer

This is a fantastic dish that’s always a popular addition to the summer seafood menu at The Baskerville. It’s made with sustainably and ethically caught brown crab from Brixham harbour which is in season from April until November. This recipe will serve four as a starter or two as a main course.


4 tbsp Hellmann’s mayonnaise
