Firefighters from five stations across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire were called to a blaze in the roof of a home in Bourne End.
Police in Marlow also fined a driver who saw fit to park on double yellow lines right outside the police station.
A fire crew was sent to the establishment in Peascod Street to rescue the person. They were there for about eight minutes.
At 6.35am on October 24, Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) received reports of a fire on Mendip Close.
