Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after an elderly man was bitten by a dog in Langley Country Park.
At around 10am on Saturday (August 16), a couple in their eighties were walking past the arboretum area of Langley Country Park in Billet Lane, Iver.
A jack russell dog ran up to them off the lead and bit the elderly man on the leg. He required hospital treatment but has since been discharged.
The dog is described as an elderly jack russell, white with black spots and a brown collar.
The owner is described as a white man in his mid-seventies with grey hair and of medium build, wearing white/cream clothing.
He was with someone - the owner’s associate is described as a white man in his late sixties and of slim build, wearing glasses, a green bucket hat and khaki clothing.
